The system is easy to use and very streamlined, particularly for the end user - which is 95% of the people who access the system. If it isn't easy and intuitive, they just won't use it.
Document owners can easily collaborate with subject matter experts within the system and we were able to build defined workflows for each department to ensure that every policy is reviewed and approved by the right people. Support is CRITICAL and has been excellent from my first contact with the company to present.
